Diana Ashley, director, previously served as chaplain with Marketplace Chaplains. She was the program director and administrator of Mom’s House, Inc., in Dover, Del., where she managed operation of the facility and its daycare. Prior to that, Diana served as community center director of the Salvation Army – Dover Corps, where she developed summer camp and after school care programs, among other duties. She also was a secretary at Donovan Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning in Milford, Del., and the youth/assistant pastor at Pleasantdale United Methodist Church in Montpelier, Ind. Diana holds a bachelor’s degree in Christian education from Indiana Wesleyan University and a master’s degree in religion from Liberty University. She was commissioned for the chaplaincy with Marketplace Chaplains USA.

Betty Luetkemeier, infant room teacher, holds a bachelor of science degree in child development and family living from Purdue University.  Betty worked for three years as a Mother's Morning Out teacher in the infant room at Disciples United Methodist Church in Greenville, S.C.  She is currently a member of Pinevile UMC and is actively involved in various ministries of the church.  

Carainn O’Reilly, 2-year-old teacher, is originally from Dublin, Ireland, where she attended vocational education college.  Carainn has worked as an occupational therapy assistant, consultant, business manager and stay-at-home mom.  She has volunteered for numerous preschool and elementary school programs and takes great satisfaction in helping children discover the world around them.

Melissa Ralston, assistant director and 3-year-old teacher, holds a degree in physical therapy, specializing in pediatrics.  Melissa has served as a substitute preschool teacher in North Carolina’s Bright Beginnings Program for 3- and 4-year olds in Greenville, N.C.  She is a member of Harrison United Methodist Church, where she teaches 4-year-old Sunday School.

Judy Sinicki, 4-year-old teacher, is a Charlotte native and a graduate of Central Piedmont Community College.  She previously served as the 4-year-old teacher at Sharon Presbyterian Weekday School, where she evaluated kindergarten readiness and lead open houses and parent orientations, among other duties.  Judy has also been active in various roles at St. Ann Catholic School and Holy Trinity Catholic Middle School, including in several volunteer teaching roles and as PTO vice president and treasurer.
